Interested in HEPA Air Purifiers? You've come to the right place. The HEPA Air Purifier section of BestIonicAirPurifiers.com has all of the answers and the best deals!

Ionic Air Purifiers are fine if your main goal is to remove (not kill) larger particles, microorganisms and smoke. However, if your goal is to truly CLEAN your air HEPA air purifiers and combination air purifiers, which include HEPA filters can't be beat!

Shop Air-n-Water!

HEPA stands for "High Efficiency Particulate Air". The common misconception associated with these purifiers are that the filters they use can only capture particles larger than the opening within the filter... wrong! These purifiers commonly use a fan to force air (and the particles, allergens, contagions within the air) through the cloth-like mesh that is the filter. As air is forced through this mesh particles that come close to the fibers actually stick to them, are unable to escape the tigh mesh, or they come in to contact with other particles causing them to become trapped. All of these "capture methods" result in HEPA air purifiers being able to eliminate 99.97% of airborne particles with a diameter of 0.3 micrometers or larger, at a minimum!

These purifiers also have another advantage over ionic air purifiers. On other posts, I've shared with you the dangers of the gas ozone that is produced by ozone air purifiers, and why they should not be used in occupied areas! Well ionic air purifiers also produce a very low level of this ozone gas... It's a very small fraction of what ozone purifiers produce, but hypochondriacs and extremists should be happy to know that HEPA air purifiers produce ZERO ozone gas!

HEPA air purifiers have also maid major improvements in terms of how quiet they are as well! This was always one of the main benefits of ionic air purifiers. You will still need to change the filters (unlike an ionic purifier), but this is yet another sign of how much pollution they pull out of the air in your home!

I have a HEPA air filter and it makes it much easier for me to sleep in the spring and summer – when allergens impact me the most.

I was very pleased to see that you also present HEPA air purifiers. You are presenting the facts and letting your readers make their own choice. I like this.

I am a big fan of HEPA filters or combined filters in the same air purifier. I own several and never turn them off. It is very refreshing to breathe clean air and not worry about sneezing.

HEPA air purifiers makes a huge difference in a lot of people’s lives, especially allergy sufferers. Lots of people report instant relief from allergies once they bought a true hepa air purifier. People without allergies should also look into getting one of these air purifiers since we spend the majority of our time in our own homes and our homes for the most part is where the air quality is the worst.

Think dust mites, pet dander etc. You get the idea.

    Regards,

    Jan
